labview8.5打包程序无法在windows 98 上安装

各位大侠：
我在windows xp下用labview8.5编写了一个串口程序，然后打包成一个安装文件。现在要将这个安装文件安装到另一台电脑，这台电脑用的是windows 98 操作系统，安装的时候它提示操作系统配置太低，出现如下对话框信息：
“This computer does not meet the minimum operating system requirements for this product.Consult the documentation for operating system requirements.”
这个电脑的windows 98 操作系统是不能更改的(还有他用)。我想请问下如何在不改变操作系统的情况下将安装程序安装上？非常感谢！
