为什么我的PDETOOL要这样才能打开？

看到参考书里面说是直接在Command Window里输入pdetool就可以打开PDETOOL了，但为什么，我直接输入pdetool，按回车之后，却显示：Undefined function or variable 'pdetool'.？
奇怪的是，在我输入help pdetool，并回车之后，然后再一次输入pdetool，就能打开pdetool了，为什么啊？

所有时间均为北京时间。现在的时间是 12:29。
