数据采集卡与MATLAB

如何实现MATLAB/simulink实时仿真数据的传递？因为我要实现的功能是使用NI6733实现对MATLAB仿真数据的D/A转换，而现在NI6733是否支持直接读取MATLAB中.mat的数据。谢谢各位。
