问题1：matlab在启动时，发生错误，提示：
Runtime error !

This application has requestde the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact

无法正常打开。

问题2：卸载时，提示：
Uninstaller error!
Exeption calling main!
无法正常卸载。

请各位高手帮帮小弟，指点迷津，不胜感激！
