打包GUI生成好的exe，如何修改图标icon
 

网上有方法给m文件生成的exe 添加图标的方法 mcc - main.m -M xx.res
我用的是matlab2008a 报错如下，
Impossible to read xx.res
D:\R2008A\BIN\MEX.PL: Error: Link of 'Beta_sp1.exe' failed.
Error: An error occurred while shelling out to mbuild (error code = 2).
Unable to build executable (specify the -v option for more information).

求大神指导！！
另外 m文件数量较多的情况下，在deploytool中能直接生成带图标的exe么？求方法

默认生成的白框exe不好看。
