求函数最大值和反求变量值
各位大哥大姐，
a=0:360,b=-50:50;
求(sind(a+b)./cosd(b))最大值怎么编程呀？若求出最大值，再加一个条件sind(a)/sind(b)==42.1/148，要求出a的值，又怎么编程呢？非常感谢！
