关于循环的问题
excel表里存放着3600X1的数组，我想从上到下，每60个点为一组，计算I=cha/Mean，其中cha=√1/（n-1）∑(vi-Mean),其中累加是从1到N
所有时间均为
北京时间
。现在的时间是
13:31
。
