dicom读入问题

我装的是matlab7,读入dicom图片显示的是这样。为什么啊
I=dicomread('F:\IM-0001-0001.dcm');
??? Error using ==> images\private\dicom_set_mmeta_encoding
Invalid transfer syntax UID "1.2.840.10008.1.2.4.91".

所有时间均为北京时间。现在的时间是 12:20。
