step函数如何设置阶跃纸！！跪求！
需要在matlab里用m文件完成一个模型的阶跃响应，但是阶跃值为0.1，不知道用step函数怎么设置阶跃值，跪求各位大侠帮忙了。。。感激涕零》。。。。
