求（217）卷积码的simulink仿真
小弟在搞卷积码的仿真，但不知为什么卷积码编码后再经过QPSK调制和高斯白噪信道，QPSK解调，维特比译码后，误码率始终保持0.5不变，还望高人指点啊，谢谢啦
