最小步长设置问题

书上的调幅调制例子，模型见附件
问题：最小步长设置为0.001时，输出波形从5s开始，最小步长设置为0.0015时，输出波形从3s开始，最小步长设置为0.002以上，输出波形均从0s开始。
这是为什么啊？
